Ultra-low Dioxane, Large Sulphonation Plant was successfully carried out at the first test run

Our company, Beijing Zijingshi Fine Chemicals Technology Co. Ltd, successfully finished the commissioning work at the first test run for 5 tons/hr. Sulphonation plant which supplied by us for continuous producing 70% SLES in ARMA GROUP, Egypt on 25th MAY, 2022. The 1,4 dioxane content of 70% SLES during the commissioning period was less than 7 PPM (calculated on 100% active matter). Its quality reaches to the international first-class level. Now Arma Group is supplying his product to BASF and other famous international companies.  This sulphonation plant is the fourth complete set of equipment which supplied by our company in Africa.  The completion of such high-quality sulphonation plants fully illustrates our company’s excellent technical development, design ability, exquisite manufacturing level for the equipment and best service.
