As the new year begins, two technicians team of Beijing ZJS company go separately for the installation & commissioning of the sulfonation plant, one team travel to Tanzania - Ghana – Qatar, and other team travel to Egypt – Iran – Pakistan. In the meantime Indian’s 5t sulfonation plant is also under the manufacturing. ZJS with advanced sulfonation technology high-quality product quality, excellent installation team work has won the praise of domestic and foreign users.
After ZJS successful development of world’s leading large-scale petroleum sulfonate continuous falling film sulfonation production plant, through the unremitting efforts of ZJS’s R&D team, the secondary continuous SO3 sulfonation technology is been successfully developed,  a breakthrough in secondary continuous sulfonation technological combination sulfonation processes chemical – thermodynamics is realized,  and successfully applied to many experimental development of industrial surfactant products, for the electric vehicle industry, the development and construction of sulfonation test unit for PVDF-g-st film materials has been completed, filling the gap in the field of industrial surfactant in China, expanded application of falling film sulfonation technology in industry sector.
For the characteristic of low concentrations SLES (such as 30%) its easy to foaming in the event of disturbance or impact, ZJS by add non-disturbance structure at the existing flash evaporator, it can overcome the disadvantage of gas-liquid, and the vacuum is difficult to control. Flash dehydration of high&low concentration SLES products is achieved on the same equipment, and the effect of removing dioxan is achieved.
